Das Aktivserum nutzt die liposomale Verkapselung der effektiven Wirkstoffkombination aus haarwuchsstimulierenden Wirkstoffen, z. B. Biotin und Coffein. Diese werden „wurzelaktiv“ in aktiven Hautschichten platziert, um dort direkt zu wirken. Das Haarfollikel wird optimal versorgt und die haarwuchsfördernde Durchblutung mit Coffein stimuliert. Die Hauptkomponente des Haares, das Keratin, wird vor photo-oxidativem Abbau bewahrt. Spezielle multiaktive und tiefenwirksame Hyaluronsäure nährt und stärkt jedes einzelne Härchen, wie auch die zarte Haut am Lidrand.
